Raj Kamal
When founding Nobis, Raj envisioned a firm where people could create meaningful, positive influence through engaging and rewarding work—while still enjoying a full life beyond it. This vision remains the guiding force behind Nobis’ strategic and operational decisions.
Drawing on his international experience as a trusted advisor, Raj brings a unique perspective on how individuals and organisations can achieve lasting impact. His approach balances competing needs and avoids unnecessary trade-offs, always striving for outcomes that are both effective and human centred.

Raj holds an MBA from Macquarie University, Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from the University of Technology Sydney. He is also a former aircraft engineer, adding a layer of technical insight and precision to his leadership.
